I've been a resident at White Springs almost a year. We had problems from the beginning. Where do I start. Broken stove, no soap dish, stains on the "new" carpet, too small kithen cabinet draws that don't fit the slot...and the list continues. It was totally obvious that maintnence did a rush job preparing our apartment. Management is slow to react on any request made. I swear the walls, and floors are as thin as paper, you can hear every persons step above you. For the mortgage-like rent I'm paying they can do a whole lot better! I wont be here long .
