Since move-in we have had maintenance to our apartment time after time for flooding in our bathroom, missing screens, doors that don't close, a/c that won't work, heat that won't work, toilets that constantly run, sinks that won't work, and numerous other problems. I pay way too much money for such a shoddy place to live. Maintenence is slow, if they come out at all, the leasing staff is rude, not helpful, and not truthful during leasing. Police have been here 3 times over the past week (one time inluding when my boyfriends truck was broken in to). Just last year a neighbor from across the street was shot and killed.
Please don't be fooled like I was into renting with these people!
