When I first moved into White Springs, the apartment had not been cleaned at all and my kitchen cabinets were filled with mold and there were mice droppings all under and around the stove and dishwasher. I could not live in my new apartment for three weeks because they took out part of the wall to remove the mold and I refused to use the disgusting stove. So, I had no stove for a month until they ordered me a new stove. My experience there was horrible and I would never recommend it to anyone.

On top of all of the problems with the kitchen, there were roaches and mice all throughout the apartment....even after they supposedly exterminated. All I can say is before you go to the leasing office to complain, take pictures of anything that you either want changed or are not satisfied with in the apartment, or else they will give you the run-around.

Only positive things: 1)maintenance response was quick, although sometimes inefficient. 2)ample parking 3)a pretty quiet area.

Steer clear of this place....they claim to be
"luxury apartments," but they are not even close.
