This place is absolute crap!!!!!!!!!! When we moved in the apartment was not cleaned there was actually an old tounge ring and ------ cream still in our medecine cabinet (how disgusting)! There were stains all over the carpet, and we had to wait a couple of weeks for our washer and dryer. A few months into our rent they came for their yearly walk through, and noticed my bedroom door was comming loose, so they took it off the hinges and left it resting on my bedroom wall for over a month and a half. Also on their inspection they noticed a leak under our kitchen sink, do you think they fixed it... of corse not, they waited until about 3 months later when the pipe almost exploded and water was all over our floor. The shower wall caved in at one point and instead of fixing it they put a black plastic bag over the hole for about 2 weeks. Finally when we moved out they charged us a fee for cleaning (even though they dont actually clean before you move in) and they charged us for new carpet (even thought when we moved in the carpet was already stained). This place is a joke! I cannot stress it enough, listen to all of these comments before renting here and take our warnings... DO NOT RENT HERE!
