I am an optimistic person, and I read the reviews that you are reading right now and despite them I went for a consult with a leasing person at White Springs. Well they talked the talked and I just figured that the people writing the reviews had a bad experience. WRONG. It is all a bad experience. My fianc and I have been living in an 2 bedroom 1.5 bath on the second floor for several months and hate it. We are not sleeping at night because of our neighbors above us, who not only play there music loud and pulsate our furniture with there base, but walk with like they have cement bricks on there feet, all day and all NIGHT. And an added bonus are the people are rude and ignorant. We have complained to the management who do NOTHING about it and the only way they even acknowledge a problem is if we put it in writing, which even then, nothing is done. Not to mention you can never find a parking spot outside of your building. Another huge issue is our electric/gas bill. We hardly cook and keep our air at around 76 degrees our bills are over $220 a month because our air conditioner runs constantly, even if we have it OFF. We have notified maintenance and management and they do nothing everything is fine is what we get told Please do not waste your money, time, patience, and sleep by moving in here!!!! We are desperately trying to find a way out, and are almost thinking of paying to leave, yes it s that bad.

cpviolet... do you live at White Spring apartment? You don't know how bad it is if you do not live here.

You must have never had an apartment before if you expect silence. You will ALWAYS hear your neighbors whether they are bathing, having sex or just talking. What do you think the building is made out of ? steel? There 2* 4's/drywall and a little insulation. And yes, BY LAW, everything has to be in writing. Don't like it, talk to Bush. And BY LAW, they cannot evict if there is only one complaint. Be civil and talk to your neighbor. If that doesn't work, ask to be transferred to another unit. As for the A/C bill, I don't know what to tell you. Tell them to look at your themostat not your A/C which could be the problem... Good luck
