For the price this place is not worth it by any means. From neighbors playing loud music at all hours of the night and into the AM to the floors being in such horrid shape that you can easily be woken out of a sound sleep because the upstairs neighbors stomp back and forth across their unit. I know in my unit and the one above that a minimum or 75% of the floors creak... and by creak I mean feels like weak spots and is horribly loud to the people downstairs.

I completely understand in an apartment building you will tend to hear neighbors but this place, as many others have mentioned, is constructed in such a cheap manner that you hear everything. I have never heard this much noise from neighbors in any place I have ever lived.

The parking has major issues as well. Most areas I drive thru to get out have cars parked all along the sides of the roads since there is not enough parking. Street signs are also extremely confusing. Not all of them are marked and if someone tries to find where you live, good luck.

I would never recommend this place to a friend and would actually try and talk someone out of moving there if I heard they had plans to do so. The prices (over 900 a month for a 2 bedroom at the time of this entry) is way over priced for what you get. You can get a washer a dryer hooked up but the way they connect them is most lame thing I have ever seen. You get to push your washer over to the sink and connect it to the faucet and the dryer does a great job of providing plenty of heat for you since it does not have any duct to the outside... it blows into your unit from the 2 foot duct connected to it. They are also not made for large loads and if you have close to a fairly full load drying it can (and has) taken up to 3 hours to dry a load of clothes.

i currently live here in this dump its true what the rest of the previous tenants said this place sucks the building stinks everything in the apt is broke maintenance want fix a damn thing if they do its breaks again the windows are falling out and they want to charge me 1000$ for rent and i share my apt with mice that they cant get rid of
