I wanted to move out the day I was moving in. nothing was working. And still some of the stuff is not fixed. I have been living here almost a year!!!
For this pirce you can get a better place.
It smells like hell in my unit. I do not know what the smell is but it is making me want to vomit all the time. And when I stay home all day long I get very bad headaches. I do not think they change the air filter, which they mentioned that they change the air filter every month when I was moving in. I have never seen them or I have never got any notice that the air filter has been changed.
I can hear the person snoring from below and sometimes I can hear their voice through the night and can smell when they smoke. Infact my whole closet smells like smoke. I am not a smoker and I smell like one.
The staffs are no help, and when you need things to be fixed in your unit you would have to ask many times for one thing to be fixed. Even when they come to fix it, they do not know what to do. I have lived here almost a year and I am waiting for my lease to end. I am living in a one bedroom with a den and I am paying $885 a month. I am moving to much better place in a two bedroom apartment at a price of $899. I would never recommend this place to any one. And please believe every review on White Springs Apartment. Don't make the mistake I made.
