I went in to check out the townhomes, but was told they have nothing available to show. Isn't tha crazy' How do they stay in business' I complained to the property manager in writing, but still have received a return call or follow up. This turned me away immediately.

You need to do research before you critize and write nasty letters. I do not live or nor do I work here, but I work in the indusrty of property management. Believe me, no person would turn potential "residents" away by not saying there is nothing to show. Its money in their pocket. There are probably empty apts, yes, but not ready. I have been in the indusrty for 6 years and you CANNOT show apts that arent ready. Do you ask a real estate agent to show you a house that hasnt been cleaned? Or test drive a car that is disgusting? Of course not. Give them time to get the place ready. Better yet, reserve the apt so they HAVE to get it ready, then see it. If you are not satisfied then you are entitled to you money back. Period.

Good point, but already called in advance for a showing. Someone should have told me that they ha no avail units to show. Get the point? What a waste of time! Poor management and business is unacceptable!!!

They will not tell you over the phone that they dont have something to show, they want you to come in get a broucher, tour the club house, see the gym and pool and at lease see the community it self even if you cant go inside an apartment. Plus this property does not have a townhome as a model to be able to show.
