I movd out of White Springs over the summer 2008, my time at White Springs was very nice. The apartments are very big, I loved that every room (except the dinning room) has a window. I never had any issues with mice or any other rodents, or any other kind of bug. I was on the second floor and of course being that it was an apartment I could some times hear someones music if it was up a little loud or if the person above me dropped something I could hear it but that was it. Maintenance always came in a timely matter to fix things that I called about. The office staff was always so helpful and friendly to me and my husband. I really enjoyed the pool during the summer months and the fact that the fitness center was 24 hours was great since my hours at work were always different week by week. They have an activies director and she does bingo i think it was every Wed. and it was so much fun to go play, she also didmovie nights which i never had a chance to attend because of my work schedule but the movies were always newer popular movies. Overall my experience here was very good and had I not bought my first home I would have renewed my lease for another year. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

I can not speak for anyone else I can just speak from my own experiences. I loved living at White Springs. I never had any issue that was not resolved right away, the noise was not in any way disturbing to me (it is apartment living you have to expect some kind of noise). I never had any kind of insect or mouse problem, but it also could be because I kept a neat house and had the exterminator out once a month for preventative maintenance since I cant control what my neighbors do or how they keep their apartments. Of course if you get a neighbor who is a complete slob then you will have some kind of issue but i just took steps to prevent anything from coming into my apartment. Either way I had a great experience there and would recommend living there to anyone

laughable. Poor maintainance. mice and vandalism. I read a number of reviews about problems with mice and insects. Obviously management is here writing it's own reviews. They are notified whenever a post is made here. I would only recommend this place to my worst enemy. Obviously you are in the minority as this pace only has a 17% approval rating. Look at the photos someone posted above.

Wow Management is sooo obvious.. I was thinking of moving here when my lease is up, but its obvious that staff members wrote this review. Its very sad that you have to do this.
