This is the worst apartment I've ever lived in. First of all, it is managed very poorly by incompetent staff. From receptionist to the manager, i think they lack skills and training. They are very rude AND UNPROFESSIONAL. When you complain they are very defensive and puts the blame on the renters. When you call for maintenance service you'll have to wait for a week to a month, and sometimes they will never come at all. They always say they are busy. Why don't they hire more people so they can accommodate all the maintenance requests' Secondly, this apartment complex is infested with mice. I am pretty sure they are aware of it because a lot of people we know who used to live in White Springs left because of the mice. They've been informed of this problem but they always say "it is the renters responsibility". As a renter, I keep the house very clean and neat all the time but this doesnt help if there are existing mice when we first came. There wasnt any attempt to solve this insect infestation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT AT ALL.

I know that you are telling the truth because I moved from there because of the mice infestation. You should record the mice dropping with a camcorder and take them to court and have your rent placed in escrow until they take care of the problem. Also do what I did file complaint with the housing authority in Towson. You can also call Baltimore Neighborhood they can give you advice on landlord/tenant issuses. If they try to evict you after you file a complaint you can sue them. Mice dropping and roaches cause breathing problems. After complaining to housing about it I was able to move to a place in white marsh that went according to my income. It's called Burnam Woods, biggest and cheapest apartments in White Marsh. They are off of 43 and honeygo blvd. Good luck
