Where do I begin I worked as well as lived there and let me tell you for the rent they charge morgan will give you NOTHING....they fight every repair the then qualified staff wanted to make.

Any repair request was always downplayed by the higher ups {not the office staff who wanted to help but was bootstrapped} rents are raised monthly.

just drive thru and you will see the neglect.

the only major repair was bge lighting and that was done by the manager who was transfered shortly after the project started.

aviod like the plague.
