Avoid at all costs

Willowbrook seemed like a nice place to live based on the model and it wasn't a bad price.
I have lived here with two roommates for 10 months now and have had nothing but problems since I moved in.
We have had numerous run ins with the leasing office saying that we owe them money because the leasing agent told us that we were getting a discount and it ended up costing us the amount of the discount plus $100 in late fees and such.
The appliances in my apartment are about 30 years old (I have seen other apartments with new, however) and there is always something wrong with them.
There are 4 breakers for the entire 1200sq ft apartment so don't try to watch TV and vacuum with the lights on.
The gas and electric bill for our 3 bedroom apartment was $350/mo all winter and now that summer has hit the bill is $400/mo.
We have tried numerous times to have maintanence come out and fix the furnace/air conditioner, but everytime they come out they have no idea what they are doing.
The a/c has been charged 5 times now, even though I told them after the first time that charging the unit would not fix it.
The elevator has been broken 90% of the time that I've lived here.
The only good thing that I can say for Willowbrook is that there is no noise.
I can't hear any of my neighbors, and I have asked them after a loud party if we were too loud and always am told that they didn't hear a thing.
