Terrible experience - avoid this place.

The apartments are old and falling apart. The bathroom from the upstairs leaked and ruined our bathroom, and I had a new born infant at that time. The staff has a high turnover and the maintenance they hire takes a "band-aid" approach to fixing problems. I had my thermostat in the winter at 67 degrees and paid a $500 bill because, you may as well keep the windows open. They do not close properly, nor do the maintenance want to fix them well.

The management staff lies all the time and withheld part of my deposit for an old carpet stain that existed before. I had absolutely no time or patience to fight these things. I had neighbours who had drug and behavioral issues.
