Like I said before, I just relocated here and my experience has been great, I moved here last December so, I am probably too new here, but the truth is that the hallways are well kept and clean, the elevators are old, but they keep it clean, this community has plenty of parking, I love the big windows and Balcony, it's a quiet place and I have no complaints, I would recommend this place to everyone, including my friends, I havent seen mice or roaches here, everything is clean here and I love the peace I found here, I would love for them to change the ugly kitchen cabinets, everything else is great and people at the office seem to be nice, my neighbors are nice people too.If Fedex or DHL leave something in front of your door, your neighbors don't touch it! I love this place and I give it a 5, but I also respect what other people say, even though I have not experienced any of that.
$729.00 covers everything in my case!
Please note that I had no maintenance issues, they came here today and fixed the shower, I never called, they came the other day and changed the filters and batteries and I checked, so it's true they did, so in my case my experience hasn't been bad at all.

I'm glad that this person loves willowbrook -- but this is rare. I mean, I LIKE the apartment - but the constant MICE (have already caught several of them) and the cockroaches in the garbage shoots...that's just disgusting. I know that they try to keep the place clean, but the problems persist and it gets very frustrating to call all the time.

I am curious to know which building you live in. If you live in any of the buildings up front than that would explain why your experience has been pleasant. The buildings in the back, mainly 2909, are the neglected buildings.

You are right about 2909 being neglected! Isn't it Spring?? Where are the landscapers?? All the other surrounding apts have already begun the process. 2909 needs grass to cover up the dirt...mulch or something!

Lol! I am just giving my opinion, I respect yours and no I am not on drugs, I don't work for the leasing office, maybe, I have been lucky but, I have not seen roaches or mice in my unit. I don't like the dirty lobby entrance and elevator, but, I have not complains about maitenance, I think the place is safe and parking is great!!!! Like I said before, I live in one of the first buildings, maybe is not that bad over here, I would reccomend this place to a friend Yes!!

Like I said, if you recommend this place to a friend, THEY WOULD NOT BE YOUR FRIEND FOR LONG!! If you don't see mice and/or roaches in your unit, it's not due to luck! They mainly come out at night when you're sleeping, but THEY DO APPEAR IN EVERY APARTMENT AND EVERY LAUNDRY ROOM, even during the day when you're not at home--ASK WEBER EXTERMINATING CO.!! As for this place being safe, apparently you have not come out in the morning and seen your car up on cement blocks WITH NO TIRES like many other tenants INCLUDING MYSELF!--BUT IT'S JUST A MATTER OF TIME--EVERYONE GETS HIT WITH THIS PROBLEM AT ONE TIME OR ANOTHER IN THIS DEVELOPMENT--MORESO THAN ANY OTHER DEVELOPMENT!! You have only been here a year! In addition, if a package is delivered in front of your door, you may be right that no other tenants CURRENTLY living on YOUR floor will touch it--BUT the fact remains THEY ARE STOLEN and new tenants who are not properly screened (with undesirable backgrounds) are moving in EVERY DAY. Why do you think tenants have packages delivered to the Leasing Office?--HELLO!!!--It's because they have experienced theft of their packages and have to go through hell to report this to both the delivery service delivering their package and/or the company they purchased their stolen item from. I admit there is ample parking--BIG DEAL!! No reason to move here! Despite your denial about working in the leasing office, only a fool would believe that with your rating of this apartment!
