I cannot stand this place anymore...I lived for a year and a half and I'm so glad I moved to Owings Mills...the only good thing about Willowbrook is the community is safe and there is ample parking.
* Old Buildings
* Roaches and Mice all over the apartment
* Pathetic, slow and forgetful Management...need to keep reminding them.
* Very inefficient emergency/repair staff.
* Leaky buildings.
* Dirty Apartments and Laundry Rooms...
After all this, they won't return your security deposit since they find some problem or the other and charge you for it to adjust the security deposit..All in all, one of the worst in Baltimore.
i would not even give this a 1.0 but the website doesn't allow me to do that...

THANK YOU SOOOOOOOO MUCH! It's about time someone came on here and told the TRUTH! Willowbrook is a dump. It's dirty and everything that everything that you said is true. The buildings are old, dirty, and reak of mold. The management is very unprofessional. They leave notices before the 5th threatening what they are going to do before your rent is even late. This place is terrible. They wonder why these apts are not flying off the market. No one wants them! I hope that each person who reads these comments takes heed and looks the other way. The rent should be $5.00/mnth. There are no updates and you don't see where your money is going! There are no luxuries!

First of all, if you plan or you are moving to Owings Mills, good luck with that. Crime and drug trafficing is so extremly high. Second, the apartments are dirty? It is not up to management to clean your unit and upon move in, you accepted because you never terminated. Third, if there is an infestation problem, the property owners are responsible to a certain level to take care of that. If it is not based on your negligence, than put your rent into escrow until the problem is fixed. Apartment hall are dirty? I strongly believe that management does not make your halls dirty. Trust me, this is not one of the worst in Baltimore. And by the way, I am NOT management; i am a poptential tenant.
