I have lived her for almost 8 years. This property has come a long way. At one time they couldn't even keep a property manager. There would be a different one every other week. For some time nothing was ever done to enhance the community. It was not that easy for me to move out so I stuck around and I have seem much improvments since. All the lobbies have beautiful lobby furniture, the grounds are always kept up. Love our property signs. All the washer and dryers were replaced with new ones. And so much more. Since I lived here for 8 years they re painted my apt and gave me new carpet. Two years ago I got all new appliances. I did have a mice problem but the management changed to a different company and I have not seen any since. I have seen a lot of wonderful changes around here. For those shorter term residents you have not seen nothing.

When I read responses like these it leads me to believe that someone from the rental office...namely ---------- comes on here and tries to jazz up the image of this disgusting habitat. This place is a zoo. NO the grounds are not kept up....NO the hallways are not clean...the steps are filthy scary and not well lit...the furniture in the lobby is old and outdated. Everything about this place reminds you of something out the projects. I am not an angry tenant just a fed up one which is why I moved out. Save your money and don't rent here...it's not worth it. All the pictures on here are accurate.

I came by to visit this place a few weeks ago even though the reviews on here are so bad. I was actually surprised, the leasing person (an ----------) was very nice and took me around to see the fitness room and the model. The furniture in the lobby, brown leather, isn't out dated but rather nice. They are also giving away a tv... pretty nice one, too. I don't know that I'll rent here, I like high rises, but it didn't look as bad as most of the reviews make it out to be.

It didn't look bad because you were in the model...HELLO?? Go around to the back buildings like 2909 and you will see exactly what we are talking about. Go to the dilpadated storage rooms, and the upper floors..there lies filth!
