I have been a tenant of Willowbrook for 9 years now. I love my community. My sister and my daughter live here as well in their own apt. I can agree there has been serveral managers in the office. Good old ------- has been there for as long as I have lived here. But the current manger ----- has been here for 5 years and has done a wonderful job. I have seen a lot of improvements in the last few years. We are close to everything. Shops, down town, Towson Mall. You can get right on 695 or 83.

I have been at Willowbrook for almost two years and I must say ------- is the best! However, ----- from management is the worst. If they want people to come and remain they need to get rid of -----. The maintenance is bad also. I am moving immediately when my lease is up. These building are infested with mice. My friend works at a popular news station and we have been taking photos and document the condition of building and -----'s awful customer service. Stay tuned!!
