Moving out after 4 years. It does not make sense to stay longer and suffer increasing rent with no improvement. My search has indicated newer, better apartments with more features (pool, fitness center, etc) for less rent. Pros:adequate Parking; My building had very responsible people; I love the extra storage; grounds are well maintained; secured entrance doors for each building. Cons: Mice (like most other places in the city - I HATE them); had some not-so-good reception from new manager; Could hear 'busy' sound and tv/radio from apartment below (they were not loud, building just not sound proof enough); my apartment had very old appliences - others had new ones; maintainence got slow with economic recession;
