Thames Point Apartments

1900 Thames Street, Baltimore, MD 21231

08/27/14 by Verified Resident: The community is a fun and newer area to live. The staff is friendly, and will go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. They remember your name, will ask you how you are doing, and remind you if you have mail, which is extremely convenient. They also will help with guest parking, and do what they can to accommodate any requests you have. more

The Carlyle Apartments (Quality Inn & Suites)

500 West University Parkway, Baltimore, MD 21210

08/27/14 by Verified Resident: The staff appear to be nice, though there are a few staff members who are uncaring and can be rude. The apartments were in fairly good condition when moving in and overall so far it has been a nice experience. In the hallways you can hear a lot of noises from other residents in their rooms, but inside our room it isn't as bad. more

Gwynnbrook Apartments (formerly Forest Heights Apartments)

5136 Oaklawn Road, Baltimore, MD 21207

08/25/14 by Verified Resident: Staff forgot to call and tell us that our initially offered unit would not be ready, causing HUGE inconvenience. During application process we had to call repeatedly to check on the status of our application only to find that documents were missing that we had not been contacted about. House is okay but definitely not worth dealing with staff. more

07/24/14 by hija: I have lived in this apartment building for 7 months and it has been a great experience so far. We went with Comcast and haven't had any issues with our internet connectivity. -They recently opened a code operated more

Marylander Apartments

3501 Saint Paul Street, Baltimore, MD 21218

08/29/14 by Verified Resident: Move in was fast. Very conveniently located to JHU. Area is overall quite safe. Laundry facilities are available. The building is quite old and kind of smelly, but the price of rent does reflect this. Overall, the deal is still good for the area. more

Oak Grove Apartments

301 Holly Drive, Baltimore, MD 21220

08/29/14 by Verified Resident: the laundry facility is in a very nasty dingy moldy basement and only has 1 washer and 1 dryer in it and the washer has a rusted tub. so I have to go off property to wash my clothes which is a problem and time consuming and costly because gas is not cheap these days. more

The Centerpoint

8 North Howard Street, Baltimore, MD 21201

07/09/14 by ecroberts: I took my tour with the APM, Amanda, and had a phenomenal experience. The community seemed very nice and well-kept, parking was on-site which is a huge win and there was a great common area to hang out in. All in all, great experience and I would definitely suggest anyone looking to explore downtown living come take a look. more

Twin Ridge Apartments

1901 Snow Meadow Lane, Baltimore, MD 21209

05/14/14 by sarahk410: I lived at Twin Ridge for over 2 years and continued to had poor customer service from the constantly rotating office staff. Ruthie is extremely rude to tenants and Bobbi, the manager, is hardly ever available to talk to unless you're at the pool on a Saturday morning and she is there with her friends chatting away. They show off the pool, gym, tennis courts, parking etc. more

Rodgers Forge Apartments

6809 Bellona Avenue, Apt. B, Baltimore, MD 21212

03/20/14 by anonymous: I've lived here for almost a year not it's horrible! You can hear everything from the apartments in the same building as you. The girls who live above me have parties every weekend. They also stomp around shaking my apartment and sounds like they could come through the roof. One night the girls had a party and someone had broken a window in the enterance. I had to clean most of the glass more
