Roaches, Mice, and a Foul Smell We had a short term lease so we got an apartment that was right next to the trash room. Instead of dumpsters, there is a room with a rolling bin in it where everyone throws their trash. This room is infested with roaches and we saw them in our apartment

very unsafe place! The only reason I moved to this place was because it was close to shopping and metro. Soon realized it has its downsides. There are always shady characters hanging around asking for day passes. Many times I found liquor and beer bottles on the grass in the parking lot.
