Ross Ridge Apartments

6800 Averill Road, Baltimore, MD 21237

09/26/14 by Verified Resident: Everything has been GREAT since the first time I came for a visit. From the rental office staff, to the maintenance staff. I have had no complaints in the short time that I have been here. I would definitely recommend this property to friends. more

Thames Point Apartments

1900 Thames Street, Baltimore, MD 21231

08/27/14 by Verified Resident: The community is a fun and newer area to live. The staff is friendly, and will go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. They remember your name, will ask you how you are doing, and remind you if you have mail, which is extremely convenient. They also will help with guest parking, and do what they can to accommodate any requests you have. more

The Carlyle Apartments (Quality Inn & Suites)

500 West University Parkway, Baltimore, MD 21210

09/17/14 by Verified Resident: Administration was slow and inflexible to the extreme. The apartment in itself was great, but cannot recommend it to others due to very poor management. the building was close to Johns Hoipkins Homewood and there is a Giants 1km away as well as a playground in similar distance. more

Gwynnbrook Apartments (formerly Forest Heights Apartments)

5136 Oaklawn Road, Baltimore, MD 21207

09/24/14 by Verified Resident: I have had a pleasant experience with the property, as well as the office staff. Brittany is a real gem who helps make visiting the rental office less stressful. I don't have problems with parking since I'm on the block with the fewest Townhomes. I also like the fact that the lawns are always mowed and the grounds kept up. more

We went with Comcast and haven't had any issues with our internet connectivity. -They recently opened a code operated more

Marylander Apartments

3501 Saint Paul Street, Baltimore, MD 21218

09/30/14 by Verified Resident: The staff was friendly and helpful during move-in. They were also available and helpful in answering my questions before move-in. However, there were a few mistakes that could have been avoided (i.e., typos in the original lease agreement, and I was asked to scan and sign the 40+ page lease before moving in and then again when I moved in: Why not just ask me to sign the original instead of going more

The Centerpoint

8 North Howard Street, Baltimore, MD 21201

07/09/14 by ecroberts: I took my tour with the APM, Amanda, and had a phenomenal experience. The community seemed very nice and well-kept, parking was on-site which is a huge win and there was a great common area to hang out in. All in all, great experience and I would definitely suggest anyone looking to explore downtown living come take a look. more

Twin Ridge Apartments

1901 Snow Meadow Lane, Baltimore, MD 21209

05/14/14 by sarahk410: I lived at Twin Ridge for over 2 years and continued to had poor customer service from the constantly rotating office staff. Ruthie is extremely rude to tenants and Bobbi, the manager, is hardly ever available to talk to unless you're at the pool on a Saturday morning and she is there with her friends chatting away. They show off the pool, gym, tennis courts, parking etc. more

Bonnie Ridge Apartments

6617 Bonnie Ridge Drive, Baltimore, MD 21209

09/16/14 by Verified Resident: I find this apartment online. It is a very good apartment in Baltimore. You know, there are many bad neighborhoods in Baltimore, but it is too expensive to live in harbor area. Bonnie Ridge is one of the good option. more
