decent place to live

Overall this is a decent place to live. I really liked my apartment- very spatious, decent closets, nice cathedral ceilings, nice carpet and quiet. Downsides: snow removal was abysmal. Never cleared a path from door to parking lot- had to hurdle snow mounds. Since snow wasn't adequately removed (and "removed" 3 days after snowfall) so there wasn't enough parking. VERY icy lot. Management is not very friendly or helpful. Conditions of lease aren't so good-if you sign a year lease then want to go shorter term or month-to-month, you can for an extra $50/month (6 month lease) or $300/month (month-to-month) on top of the rent increase. There was a sexual assault at the cmplx. Security door stays open for a long time. Treadmill in "gym" area still broken 1 year later. Pool pass for guests is $5/time or $50 for summer. Washer/dryer didn't work for 1st 3 months. Stove still has issues. Parking lot VERY dark.
