The Management Here is not Helpful

All,

I would not recommend moving into this apartment complex. The management at this complex is very unhelpful and apathetic regarding the needs of its residents. Also, many of the appliances in the apartment did not function adequately.
My recommendation would be to find somewhere else to reside in Harford County, Maryland.
