I have lived in numerous apartments and without a doubt Calvert's Walk is the the worst place I have ever lived in. I could echo every single comments made. There is absolutely no insulation between the walls - I heard every step the people above me made. It actually sounded like they were going to come through my ceiling. The bedroom window was so scratched up you could barely see out of it. I asked to have it replaced - it's still there. My front window is has been filthy since I moved in. I asked at least half a dozen times to have it cleaned but my requests were ignored. The staff is the rudest bunch of people I have every met in my life. They clearly could not care less about the residents. It's just awful.
