The management here is terrible!

I have lived here for a number of years, as the area is nice, with a nearby shopping center and access to 95. When I first arrived here, there was a different management company in place and things were really great then. Then about 2 years ago, another management company took over. I have been tolerant over the past two years, but I have finally had enough.

The management is truly difficult to work with (I also agree with a previous review about the office staff). No matter what you call about, the tone is never courteous or helpful. They will get to it when they can, is their answer, and if they happen to say today or tomorrow, you can bet they are lying, it won't be for 3-4 days. The maintenance supervisor lacks professionalism, and his staff follow suit with lack of knowledge on how to fix the simplest of things. If you ever have a problem, good luck getting help with it. You will end up waiting so long for someone to help you out, that you would rather just do it yourself.

The apartment complex will show you some nice models, and they have dumped a great deal of money into their reception area/club house, but don't be fooled. Their is no service for your money, and as another reviewer said, the management is infamous for leaving flyers in front of your door saying they will be in tomorrow to do X, Y, and Z. The flyers always state how a particular contractor or utility company has to do something the very next day and you need to move your belongings, furniture, car, etc. because if something happens to your stuff, they're not responsible. It's as if the management company has no idea when a contractor is going to come until the day before the show up (and trust me, this 8-9 out of 10 flyers). The management company sets up the appointments, but they are too lazy to give you any courtesy time/notice. Oh and the best is when they tell you to move or clear out a given room or area, or personal belongings, because people will be in the next day, and then, no one shows up. That??s my favorite!

Take the advice posted here, look someone where else!
