Calverts Walk is in a good location with grocery stores and most other aplces within walking distance. The rent is reasonable. The maintenance is unfortunately not upto par, they are slow to respond or actually even respond. However, the grounds are well kept and maintained. We really no big problems while we lived there for one year. I would move back there if I ever have to live in Bel Air again.
