Calverts walk in Belair has been the home to my daughter and I for a year now and I just signed for another year. This was my first rental experience and over all it has been a great one! Anytime I have had an issue(which has been minimal) it has been taken care of in a timely manner. I recomend Calvert Walk in Belair!!!

With everyone's negative responses, it makes it difficult to believe your response. Do you think the others were just trying to sabatoge the development? There are so many negatives, waterbill, maintenance responses....Is this true? I just don't want to make the mistake of getting locked in for a year of "hell" Are you just the non-complaining type or were there issues that you just ignored? Please help! Thanks!

I agree that your response is difficult to believe. Almost every person who left a review complains about the water bill, staff, maintenance and parking. These are all huge issues when deciding to move into apartment - there are so many choices out there. I know that you can not believe what everyone writes - are you just a super positive person that decided not address these issues? Are these issues?
