Too many negatives to count: stuff is negligent, unprofessional, mean; service and maintenance bad; prices high, differ and change all the time; huge water bills; most of buildings and parking lots in threatening life darkness; bad sound insulation; dog poop all over green area and etc. You will never know what surprises management keeps for you. Can't wait to move out!

This all is so true. Don't be fooled by their landscape and club house. You will never spend a minute in club house. In general you don't need this area. Plus dishes in the sink behind bar stink. This is for management to enjoy and being "proud". But your leaving areas are not so cozy and comfy. All buildings missing lights on them. Rooms are tiny, lock of space and light. They don't allow you to use huge empty patio utility room as storage. Water bills are crazy high. There is a water leak and they admit it but never fix and still taking your payments. You have to pay pool fees $175.00. Pool operates( for some reason) from 12PM (the hottest and highest HV time of the day) till 8PM( but often closes at 6-7pm). I was shocked not to see microwave and non freeze refrig....So cheap. Hope to get out of calverts walk as soon as possible.

we are out of here the end of the month. thanks you god!!!! hate this place and the staff they are the worst. yes we are paying the club house for the management to use!!! Do Not Move In Here
