This is the worst place in Bel Air to live. The staff here is extremely unfriendly, they will not address your issue and instead work to find excuses. They will not do what you ask but you are REQUIRED to meet their standards. If you fail to do so, they will slap you a penalty and they are not ashamed to do it.
The light and water stops from time to time. No attempt is made to notify you of the issue. The apartment takes shortcut when meeting county, state and federal requirement. For example, they send out letter saying an exterminator will be there to do an yearly check. He never shows up. The apartments are infected with pests. They lie and deceive, stay away from these criminals.
There's is nothing positive about Calvert's Walk. I HATE IT. I HATE IT. I can't wait to move out.
If you ever visit the apartments, don't fall of their trap. I'd look for an apartment elsewhere.
