Country Village Apartments

Renting here is NOT good use of your $$ From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/7/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I only lived here for 6 months and have had all types of problems. The lesser of the problems is that someone is guaranteed to be in your parking space if you come home late and there is nothing you can do besides leave a note on their car. The more serious of the problems I've had involve maintenance concerns: It took over 70 days and a dozen phone calls for my central air unit to get fixed. I put a work order in late August and the problem was not fixed until mid-November. Also, I brought to the attention of the management that there are squirrels living in the attic over my apartment. That problem has been going on for 60 days. The management is slow to respond to maintenance requests and are not courteous in dealing with tenants. They will never call you back regarding work orders or maintenance requests. I would definately not recommend these apartments! There are much nicer places in the area that are a better value for your dollar.
