i have lived here about 9 months and at first we liked it except the toilet didn't work, there was no towel rack and the door was chewed up. maitinence tried to fix the toilet but yes it is still broken. they did put up a towel rack. i have since discovered that the mold in the upstairs bath was just caulked over and painted over. i have small children that have been very sick because of living here. we are moving out asap. i am a clean freak and i am very disappointed in this apartment. there is never any parking. if you are single it may be ok but for a family i don't recommend it. stay clear there office staff is always changing and very stupid. oh and very noisey at night

Unfortantly, what you are describing is normal apartment living. No towel rack when you moved in? But they put one in afterwards? ok. stop complaining. The door chewed up. It happens. You werent the only person to live there ( arent the apts like 25 yrs old?) so things happen. JUst make sure you note how the door was when you moved in so you dont get charged.
Most mold can be just painted over...IF its small amounts of black mold and it was bleached prior. Those black mold spores are EVERYWHERE and are essetially harmless unless you stand next to it and inhale constantly for a year.
as for the parking and loud noises...that sux.
