OK, I work at APG and these apartments are close to there, and close to downtown Bel Air, and not to close to Edgewood (which is a bad place to live)...I love the fact the is has a pool, gym, and business center on the propert. Howeverthe problem is the management. I dont understand how they allow people that have 1,2 or three pets to live on the second and third floors. They dogs bark and run and race all over peoples head and then you complain to the management and nothing happens. Also, you are responsible for your own water, which wasnt so bad at first. However, because they get their water from ISTA a private company and they make you pay the bill according to how much the building uses not how much you use it has gotten outrageous!!!!! My water bill is higher than my BGE bill!!!!!I am single and work two jobs and my water bill for the month is 160 dollars!! And they include it with your rent...so you pay that in conjunction with your rent and if its not paid in full they say you are not paying your rent. But on the other hand no bugs...I guess if you dont mind the snotty management, high water bill and you are gonna live on the third floor sure move in!!!
