Yes, it is cheap...but you get what you pay for. Serious mold issues. There are just too many problems to list. Maintenance is understaffed, but they try. Very old, noisy, windows do not close(which means HIGH utility bills),very limited storage, BEES, leaking swimming pool (dirty too),and apartments smell badly like ciggarette smoke. Aside from maintenance, staff is rude. My car was broken into 2 years ago, cd player stolen. It is the cheapest place to live in Bel Air..but renters beware!
