My family and I have been here since 2001. I posted in 2006 about the security. And here I find myself again, 2 years later with the SAME DAMN problem. After items were stolen from our car and our tires slashed, they put up ONE light, a light which doesn't even light up the entire parking lot. None of the lights on our building work.. ie: flood lights, light at top of building or the light at the top of the stairs outside. The parking lot remains dark still. I am not the only one to complain about this problem either. Even the cops, who were called after our tire incident, said that they patrol thru at night but can't see much because of the darkness.
I understand that this is an older property, and in general we are happy here. Our maintennance issues in the apt. are taken care of well. It is just this on going problem with the lighting that I have serious problems with. Maybe it will take the threat of suing to get some action done.

I know of this person who wrote this and some points are true , but her issues are of the kind that need to be addressed by the police , considering the company she kept and was advised that the werent wanted on the property

Management companies CANNOT guarentee your safety...If you don't want crime, and you want lots of protection then maybe you should move. I hear the desert is nice. NO ONE is there to bother you.....

wow.. the sarcasm is dripping off of both of your posts. quick question... do/did EITHER of you live at these apartments for any length of time? If not than you have nothing worthwhile for me to listen to. I don't expect ZERO crime and TOTAL protection. But I do expect the management to respond to my concerns in a timely fashion.
