Yes these buildings are older and do need some help, but remeber what your paying for. I cant answer for the management but as far as for the guys that i have delt with in maintenance, heres what i found. Thay try very hard with what they have and with many apartments to deal with they cannot respond to every call immediatly. Yor closet door may have to wait, prioritys comes first such as a/c , heating, electric, water leaks. Most of the older people who have lived there for a while have great apartments. Too many people with no money come because it is the cheapest in BelAir, they trash the place and abuse it. Why dump money into some thing when you know odds are that the next person will just punch holes in the walls and rip doors off and melt crack all over the stove.
Ya know, you cant win free concert tickets then complain that there not front row.
Yes i recommend these apartments, remeber you get what you pay for and your not moving into they Hilton Hotel

so safety has to wait too?? How is that right? One of these days I'm going to fall carrying my 2yr old because I can't see in the parking lot and then they are going to have a mess on their hands.
