This place is rediculous. There are very few lights outside. We complained about this but all they do is say we will take care of it, and never do. Our drier caught on fire and the maitenance people blamed it on us, and tried to fix it. The same day they fixed it, the unit flooded the apt. below us. Thats what they get for trying to fix a fire hazard. They replaced the unit about a week later. Our A/C does not work. They have been out 3 times to fix it and say its working. We gave up and bought a window unit. We must not know what we are talking about since it is 85 degrees in the apartment and the A/C runs constantly. The neighbors are very loud and obnoxious. Drug deals occur in the parking lot. I do not feel safe, and the sad part is, this is Bel Air!! The neighborhood is nice but this complex needs some money put into it, investing in lights and updating some of the appliances in these apartments.

UPDATE: #1 I spelled dryer incorrectly, one word, my mistake.

#2 I will not delete this , it is something that occured but I would like to add that the complex manager did have my carpets cleaned, and was nice about the whole situation. The problem is with the employees that they send to take care of these problems. Not all of them, but some of them do not handle things very professionally.

#3 Some of the lights have been fixed outside so it is no longer completely dark outside as was the case before. Still needs improvement, but a start.

The staff rating would be a 5, but I am taking into account the staff as a whole, not just one individual. Our manager here is on top of the game, and always friendly. Whenever we have a problem we know we can count on her to have it resolved.
