My wife and I moved from a really crappy townhouse run by Home Properties in Owings Mills (Falcon Crest). The nice thing about our street is that it dead-ends, so we don't have speeding cars flying through.

The houses have simple construction, not the greatest in the world. However, they look nice with the new siding and windows/doors. The heat is natural gas which saved a bundle in electricity this past winter. The houses seem to be insulated enough so you don't hear your neighbors hardly at all.

The only thing we've had to do is get spray from Home Depot for the ants that seem to come in during the Spring. All of the neighbors who have been here for a while said this is a yearly occurrence. Nothing a bit of spray can't kill off though.

The staff at the property are very friendly and helpful. Jennifer is the nicest person to deal with, she will go out of her way to help and is definitely an asset! The maintenance guys are very nice and they know what they're doing. They seem to watch over the property to make sure everything is on the up and up.

This has been a great move for us. It's nice to be able to walk around somewhere in the evening without having to look over your shoulder without fear of getting shanked or some jerkoffs doing/dealing drugs in the parking lot every night.
