We have been here for over a 2 years and it has been a great experience for us. We have enjoyed the space and the individual service that we have received from the staff. Seriously we looked all over Bel Air and you aren't going to find a place that is better. We live in on eof the new units that has been renovated. Maintenace is wonderful. They come out the same day you call in the request and we have never had to wait even when we just requested a new blind they came out 20 mintues later with the blind. There is one maintenance man who picks up trash every single morning around the place. I have even seen him out in the rain. The office staff is always nice and easy to deal with. Parking is never a problem on our court and we are always able to park close to our apartment. The apartment seems to be well constructed as we do not hear alot of noise from our neighbors. The windows are much better now that they have been replaced. I agree with the previous post about the kitchen being small. Overall, we love our apartment and have and will continue to refer people here.
