Decent for the price, some issues

I've lived here for nearly 2 years and will be moving when my lease expires so that I don't have as long of a commute, but the time I lived here has been ok. Sometimes it can take a couple of requests to get someone out for a maintenance issue but most of my requests were handled in a day or two. The most severe was for a leaking pipe in the bathroom, the most mundane, the garbage disposal burned out. The tenants are well behaved most of the time. Not really sure what that first reviewer was talking about, aside from routing patrols, I don't see the cops around too often. This is Bel Air. The apartments are a decent size. Water pressure could be a bit better. Mini-mall across the street has a supermarket, eateries, dry cleaners and a Blockbuster. Everything you could want all in one spot. Two miles from downtown Bel Air, which isn't bad either.
Overall, I've enjoyed the time I had here.
