Seasons at Bel Air

The maintenance department and living conditions were not habitable! There was one water heater for 12 apartments. The hot water constantly ran out - especially first thing in the morning when we were trying to get ready for work! There were plumbing leaks which led to mold. Time and time again we complained. Management said the mold was taken care of but it was still inside the walls and carpet. The community was filling-up with tenants that were loud and crime was rampant. We fled for our lives!
