it's ok From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/11/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   It's fairly noise-proof EXCEPT for jumping or any sort of stomping on floors above you (I live on the bottom level). As far as what's happening next door or outside, talking/etc it's noise proof. Moving in last year, I did have an issue with the dishwasher.. and still do. It's been broken a year now but honestly I never used one to begin with (always wash by hand), so I had no major peeves about that. Pets are allowed, although they have a "no exotics" law which isn't enforced at all, not that I mind one bit. other tenants normally keep to themselves where I am located, so it's all good. I have an issue with my sliding glass doors facing the parking lot so if I have my blinds open at night, everyone can see inside.. which destroys all privacy. Overall fairly roomy, tiny bathroom though.
