Falling behind Bel Air's changing standards

The positives would be that it is a secure neighborhood with a good mix of residents and the staff in the leasing office are extremely helpful. The description of the ammenities is a little less than truthful. The pool is a good plus but the tennis courts are delapidated to say the least. There is supposedly a fitness center which has been under construction for remodel for over a year. I'm guessing there is an efficiency problem. Maintenance. Except for life-threatening emergencies they are a little sluggish. But there are alot of "random visits" to check the... ah, don't know, refrigerator'. The grounds are kept decent with the monthly manicure and sporatic grass planting. Overall I would say it is a good hub for out-of-towners transplanting and in search for a home. But it is an appartment complex. Plain and simple.
