We lived here 2 times, for 6 months in 2003, then for just over a year in 2004-2005, and only because we HAD TO, we had no place else to go on short notice. The management is the worst ever. We had a dog attack us (a pit bull and no they are not allowed but they didn't seem to care about that) and we did everything correctly that we were told to do regarding the issue and they never made the person get rid of the dog (which would be taken outside without a leash!) until a little girl got bitten!!!!!
There is dog refuse EVERYWHERE, nobody cares to pick it up (least of all the the management, no matter how much you complain). People don't follow the rules AT ALL, especially regarding DOGS. They have all kinds of non-allowed breeds and parade them all over the property-the management care not on bit about it.There is major drug dealing going on, the kids are destructive and left to themselves with no supervision.The cops were there about 2-3 times a week in MY building, alone. My oven was broken when we moved in the 2nd time with a bad thermostat, we were left a note on how to use an oven. Then , after we called AGAIN, someone of more quality came out and actually fixed it. You get stuff fixed if they actually will listen to you, which mostly they wont! The pool, ha what a joke. My son got glass in his foot because someone vandalized the "community center" attached to it and nobody cleaned it up properly. The pool seems to be vandalized ALOT. By the way, it is right next to the sewer treatment plant, and 100 feet from the pool is a sweage overflow area. Nice,huh' The "fitness center" haha-sure- don't even get me started on that one!

This place STINKS!!!!! There are NO redeeming qualities to it whatsoever! The only reason we stayed as long as we did was because we weren't sure about our job situation and because we were lucky enough to have good neighbors upstairs!

Oh yes, and when we moved out,we gave no specific reason on our moving out form and they wrote on it themselves a reason (and what they wrote was a lie) without our permission. They then refused to remove it.
STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!P.S They are being sold again and the rent just went up by $150....NOT WORTH IT!!!!
