We have lived here for awahile and, although, we like the place, there are drug and car vandalism incidents that are distrubing. Mostly, it appears that their Section 8 residents are responsible for most incidents. They sell the drugs in the parking lots; cars and mopeds, and motorcycles are either vandalized or stolen. Our windshield was cracked and a neighbors vehicle was stolen. There is graffitee on the walls of the "closed" fitness center, which also houses the swimming pool. The graffitee is verbally degrading for a community full of children. For the high rents that NON Section 8 residents pay, this is highly unacceptable. For the enormous increases in yealy rents--over $100.00 per month, this is unacceptable.

Wow this place has certainly gone down the toilet since I lived there in the early to mid nineties. I don't think they took section 8 when I lived there because these problems did not exist. I had a few ignorant, white trash neighbors, but certainly no crime and drugs.

It is a new day here at Seasons of Bel Air! I understand that the community is under new management. In addition, I moved her in May 2007 and I plan to renew my lease as well. The people here are very friendly and courteous. The maintenance here is wonderful. I've only had a few issues since I've been here that were taken care of quickly!
