since my friend and i moved in we've had nothing but problems here. they've sprayed for bugs and they're still here. hot water doesn't even last for a full shower because the hot water heater is like no bigger than 3 feet tall. the neighbors are noisy and they start doing construction at like 7am. the lawn mowing has gotten a bit better lately but i think that's only because some of the residents have been calling in and complaining. the grass would get about 6 inches high and they'd miss lots of patches when they finally did do the lawn. we were really excited when we first moved in but then after the excitement wore off we started examining things more closely. leaky sink. cracked toilet. what looks like burn marks on the one bathtub, shampoo stains on the carpet. overall the staff has seemed pretty rude and usually when we call in for anything they aren't very helpful. i can't wait until my lease is up!! only 4 months to go!!!!! i love the bel air area but this time around i'm just gonna buy a house :)

Wow that place has gone downhill since the mid-90s. At least you put your trash on your porch - I had people in my building who would leave it in the hallway. Other than those jerks - It was quiet. There was no Section 8 (at least not obvious) Everyone seemed to go to work and things were pretty clean - no roaches that was for sure.

Just because you have a problem keeping your apartment clean doesn't mean that the community is nasty-hint: YOU ARE!!! I have lived here for about 10 years and I have never seen roaches or mold. You live in an apartment community, if you have a problem with your neighbors...simply report them or buy a house!!!

to the person who posted on 05/03/2008: Let me address your response. I don't have a problem keeping my apartment clean. My apartment is spotless. I work for a professional cleaning company and clean my own apartment. You don't have to be so rude making an accusation that I'm nasty. The mold we found when we first moved in, located right underneath of the kitchen sink because it was leaky and apparently never fixed. And for your information we have reported our neighbors and nothing has been done about it. And also for your information this apartment complex is such a slum that we are breaking our lease and we are buying a house. As far as the roaches go, throughout the community it's a well known fact that they have done spraying for bugs. My apartment couldn't be sprayed because my son has cancer and chemicals like that interfere with his chemotherapy on top of him only being two years old chemicals in general aren't good for him to be around. So if you must know the only place there has been roaches are in the kitchen, so we had to block off our kitchen and buy stuff to kill the roaches which is slowly working. Why don't you work on your attitude because I think you're the nasty one. And I'm almost positive that this is yet another posting from the manager. So thanks for caring so much :)
