Let me first say that I absolutely love the area. You are within walking distance of shopping center that includes block buster, subway, Safeway, cvs, applebees and tons of other stuff.

Plenty of parking is available for you and your friends.

Landscaping crews are always out and about giving the grounds a once over.

Noise is definitely an issue. The walls are super thin to where I can hear the residents next to me and even across the hall having normal volume conversations. The water closet is locked and the furnace or water heater whines so loud you can hear it through out the apt even with the doors closed. Being on the bottom floor i am blessed with the air conditioners out side my bedroom and kitchen windows. These are running 24/7 and incredibly loud. Again i can hear the noise from outside the closed bedroom window through the bedroom door all the way in the living room. I have not been able to sleep in my bed since i moved in. Pets are extremely annoying, i don't have any but am stuck in an entire building full of them.

Emergency maintenance was extreamly well prepared and knowledgeable. There was a pretty big leak in the bathroom ceiling and they came out and fixed it without any problems.

The AC went out in the dead of summer, it took them 2 days to fix the issue.

Rent is pretty cheap and i was able to get a preferred customer discount because of my employer. Very nice surprise.

Bugs are a big issue being on the 1st floor. Flies, spiders and silverfish are the main ones. Not a huge deal because i just suck them up with the vacuum, but when you are trying to have a nice dinner with your significant other and all of a sudden there are 5 silverfish crawling on the walls, you get a little freaked out.

Not all units have washer/dryer.

3rd floor units are at least $200 more than 1st floor units.

I would recommend this place to someone but they need to make sure that they like bugs, noise, and living with a lot of pets constantly barking and running above you.
