I lived here for a year (Nov 2007-Nov 2008) and I wasn't impressed with Seasons. The only selling point they have is proximity to a grocery store and pharmacy with main Bel Air 1 mile away. The apartment buildings (at least mine) are older and the apartments themselves are not that well maintained. My best guess is that all of the cabinets, etc were installed in the early 90's and not changed since. Heat doesnt move well through the apartments and the bedroom almost never gets any whatsoever.
The neighborhood isn't too bad as far as safety goes but there were a LOT of police calls for domestics; Harford Co Sheriff Dept was there at least once a week. Not to mention, the townhouses next door had a lot of noise violations and underage drinking/drug use. Vandalism on cars also happened more frequently than it should have. Also, I would not go walking around alone at night if you're a woman. The apartment buildings themselves did NOT have locked doors and anyone could come in and knock on your door; a homeless person came in and urinated in one of the three dryers one time! That's another thing. There are 4 apartments per floor with one washer/dryer per floor and they are coin operated. Usually they were never busy but a pain if they are...
Neighbors in the apartments themselves seem to be hit and miss although most people that lived in my building were on section 8 housing and were just creepy altogether.
Overall, the apartments themselves aren't too bad but if you have children or value your property I'd say look somewhere else...

Wow--this is a suprise. Where do you live?? I live here too and have only nice things. I moved in last year to a remodeled apartment so yours might be early 90;s but mine is like 2006 or something. I guess you get what you pay for. I probably pay more than you. The crime is everywhere and gets only worse b/c of the ecomony. I lived in counrty village beofre here and let me tell you...THAT WAS SCARY!
