My roommate and I have lived here for almost a year. Been pretty ok. The area is good if you are concenred about safety! No major problems to speak of. The parking is good (more spots than needed) Maintenance can sometimes be hit or miss. They come out...but can be slow. I think they have emergency (24/7) maintenace though. Our blinds in the kitchen broken and it took them 3 weeks to fix. Our appliacnes never broke though and everything worked ok. I'll miss this place once I start my orientation in DC.
