I was a tenant for a year, and not only is the place falling apart, but the leasing manager is rude, a lier, and takes back her word on everything. On the day I moved out, the storage boxes I had were infested with termites, which the crazy lady at the front office then blamed on drain flies! Awful, awful, awful! Please do not rent here! (Why do you think it's so cheap!'!)

Yes do not rent here!! It's a dangerous place to live. When I lived there 1994-1999 there were more drug dealers and prostitutes living there more then anything. We used to walk our rent payment to the office until the rental agent who has a gamblinf problem and stole the checks. instead of firing her then just made you mail the check whick ment you had to pay for an envelope and stamps!! The wiring is a fire hazard

hit the nail on the head,bill sutherland is a diarrhea! never rent at the manor banging heaters, heat hits 88 degrees, the place needs to be condemed and bill sutherland shoud go to jail forever

Absolutely right about the leasing manager. She is very argumentative, she exaggerates everything and do not believe anything she says unless you have it in writing. She may be in a good mood one day and say one thing, in a bad mood the next and will deny ever stating her original answer. Not a pleasant woman to deal with by any means. She speaks to you in a tone and overall is a very rude woman. People that are willing to suck up to her will not have a problem with her....I personally don't think that is the way it should be.

i agree to the person above me. you cant go into the rental office and complain about someone ,because she or the maintence person will tell everyone. she will tell me one thing then go and tell my neighbor something totally different. she wants this place to be like a old folks home. the kids aren't allowed to play in the grass areas. she gets mad when the kids ride their bikes on the sidewalks. they aren't allowed to play ball. what are our kids supposed to do? we are definitely thinking about moving.
