Do not read the crap on this site. I have lived at Wakefield for years. It is a nice quiet place in Bel Air, Md. It is very clean and taken care of. It is better than living in an apartment. These home are townhomes. You cant beat the rent price to live in Bel Air. Yes, they are old but very well kept up. If you need anything fixed, they are their to fix it.
The people that wrote nasty postings are losers that cant pay there rent and respect the rules of the complex.

You are the loser obviously. If you have your home inspected you will see that it is not up to code. that's why is so cheap. Oh and you wiring watch out its a fire hazard. As far as the last sentence of your posting...you're an ass!!!!

I don't think someone has to be a non rent payer OR unable to follow the complex rules in order to not have a pleasant experience here. I currently live in Wakefield and agree that the grounds are well maintained for the most part. I do not agree however that the staff is friendly. The leasing manager is very rude in my opinion. There are times that she is okay to deal with but for the most part I try to avoid any interaction with her at all.
