i currently am living at wakefeild manor and i have to say i love it there. the neighbor's are nice and are not loud at all. i have never had a roblem with them. wakefeild is a very clean place. the grounds are very clean and you very seldomly see trash and if you do it is only a piece or two. the maintenence is great! i have never had a problem. they come right out for an emergency and when it's not it is usually attended to the day i requested it and if not then by the next day. wakefeild is not trashy and is nothing like the getto! for anyone who said it was you obviously are nasty people and you probly didn't live very clean! wakefeild is an amazing place to rent. i would definitly recommend it!
