Good so far. We pay a lot compared to neighbors for our referbished spot, but the new appliances are nice and new carpet & counters are nice for a change! Grounds are kept pretty good, and they have really strict guidelines for pet owners and their pets droppings. Their restrictions as far as the pool goes are a little nutty, and so is the amentity fee that goes with it. The gym is so tiny and sits right by the office entrance so it's a little embarassing to go. The hallways are always in need of fixing, whether it's the walls, carpet or stair rails. All our neighbors are a relativly quiet bunch. The most noise we hear is usually a patio door shutting or opening. All in all, a pretty good place to hang our hats.
